We are currently hiring a Front Office Executive on behalf of our client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hotel front office environment, with a solid understanding of guest relations, reservations, and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
Manage phone, email, and in-person reservations
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
Maintain the guest ledger and manage billing and payment processes
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage online bookings and guest communication platforms
Assist with daily front office reports and documentation
Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue
Ensure professional front desk presentation and conduct
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems / PMS
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
