Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a warm and professional experience for clients and visitors.

Minimum Qualification : Degree

Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors professionally.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and staff calendars.

Provide accurate information about the company’s services.

Support the organization of meetings and events.

Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Enforce visitor access and security protocols.

Liaise with internal departments for seamless operations.

Maintain exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:
