What Will You Be Doing?
Support the Airport Sales & Operations (ASO) organization to improve operational performance, work with the ASO Directors to support 2025 initiatives. This internship is for Fall 2025 9/8/2025 - 12/12/2025 based in Denver, CO.
Essential Functions
Training standardization and compliance management
Department Manual Updates
Update training materials
ASO Dashboard support
Audit reporting functions
Other Functions
Assist with quarterly Loadmaster list is posted and current in each location at the start of every quarter.
Assists the CS Training Manager during the development of training courses to ensure quality control and effectiveness of all training.
Assist with Manage special projects and committees.
Assist with functions as indicated by the Director, Stations, Stations City Mgr or Stations Regional Mgr.
Qualifications
Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
Must be able travel for extended periods of time and work weekends
Knowledge of Microsoft Products
Ability to proofread, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and prioritize assignments
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Equipment Operated
Competency and comprehensive knowledge of PC, fax, scanner, digital camera, video camera, general office equipment, LCD, copy machine and various industry standard printers (ticketing, baggage and telex)
Work Environment
Typical classroom environment adequately heated and cooled.
Must be flexible and willing to work long hours to accommodate training needs that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Effort
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
Supervision Received
General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments..
