Smile Foundation’s Child for Child (CFC) program addresses children from well to do families who go to good schools and sensitizes them at an early age about the disparity that exists between them and others who cannot afford to go to school. We welcome applications from dynamic people who are willing to travel and conduct CFC programs in educational institutions in their areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential Schools Partners to book the appointments with School principals and Schools Coordinators. Maintain a record of calls / Emails and update information in the database with remarks.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into fix appointments.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Work closely with the fundraisers to support to achieve their goals. Skills.

Education & Qualification

• Any Bachelor Degree or a related field.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales or related fields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in school fundraising preferably or in business development/ sales/ marketing

• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

• Communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Able to give and take during a conversation in a balanced way, listening as well as speaking at appropriate intervals.
