Job Summary
Responsible for the over-all achievement of sales, collection, and financial growth objectives of the Specialty Feeds territory; Leads and manages the team of Specialty Feeds Representatives to ensure excellent execution of trade, technical, and marketing programs for the pet food and gamefowl lines.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the over-all achievement of sales, collection and financial growth
objectives of the territory;
2. Develops the over-all territory plan which includes customer segmentation and
development;
3. Manages district monthly forecast;
4. Spots business development opportunities within his territory (new
products/extensions, new customers etc.);
5. Ensures the execution of national marketing programs within his district;
6. Develops and achieve sales, collection and financial growth of the overall district.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of any of the following courses: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, BS in
Agriculture, BS in Agribusiness Management, BS in Biology, BS in Business Administration
Major in Marketing Management, BS in Entrepreneurship or any related courses;
Experience: Has at least two (2) years experience as District Head preferably in feeds and
veterinary industry;
Special Skills:
• Has exposure to mid level sales organizational responsibilities;
• Experience in feeds and veterinary industry is an advantage;
• Has a valid driver's license;
