Customer Service Specialist - WFH

Key responsibilities

Develop and build effective sales to identify and secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners

Conduct market research to identify new some trends and opportunities

Collaborate with in-house teams to develop solutions for clients

Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the sales, real estate or finance industry

Your own computer /home office set up (Windows PC only, Strictly No MacBook’s) , ready to go, and have access to a backup power supply (generator) when in a disruption

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools
