Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
3. Provide Product/Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
4. Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database.
6. Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other customer service representatives and teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Identify and Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to management or other teams as necessary.
Requirements
1. Education: OND, HND or BSC
2. Experience: 0-1 year in any field
3. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
