CPA- Accounting Supervisor (47474)

Key Responsibilities:

>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

>Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

>Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, including BIR, PEZA, BSP, and SEC requirements.

>Manage month-end and year-end financial statement closing procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

>Coordinate and support statutory external audits, preparing necessary documentation and schedules.

>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

> CPA with at least 5 years of experience

>With 1 year experience as Supervisor

>High exposure on Government compliance (BIR,PEZA,BSP,SEC, etc) Handled PEZA entity will be an advantage

>Exposure in financial statement closing procedure and GAAP

>Exposure in statutory external audit

>Exposure in Accounting system, SAP, S/4 HANA and MS D365 will be advantage

>Proficiency in MS Excel

>Utilize accounting systems such as SAP, S/4 HANA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
