As the Business Development Manager at Bemil Nigeria, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's Security Management services.

You will lead a team of business development professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Your strategic vision and expertise will play a critical role in achieving the company's growth targets and maintaining its position as a leading security service provider in Nigeria.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments for both security service solutions and cash-in-transit services.

Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to formulate effective market penetration strategies.

New Business Acquisition:

Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Engage with potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve service offerings and stay ahead of competitors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of new contracts and client satisfaction.

Work closely with the Operations team to integrate business development strategies into operational processes.

Key Account Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns promptly.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Set clear performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives.
