Role Description

We are hiring a serious, driven and business minded, full-time intern to support high-performance business, consulting, and systems operations. This is a 2-year training and execution role designed for someone with discipline, ambition, and an interest in building their own business long-term.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

🇵🇭 Filipino citizen, based in the Philippines

🗓️ No planned transfers, educational shifts, or relocations in the next 24 months

💻 Owns a gaming-level PC, with:

Stable fiber internet

Working video camera, mic, and earphones

A quiet, distraction-free work environment for calls

🎓 Background in STEM or Social Sciences (college-level or completed)

🎮 Has provable evidence mastery in any game, music or art form, with proof (e.g., ranking, portfolio, solo accomplishment)

🤖 Experienced with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, visual AI, etc.) and can explain their deepest use case in video

🧘‍♂️ Physically fit and free of chronic health conditions

🏡 Demonstrate excellent relationship skills

📲 On-call availability

📈 Organized, accountable, and able to take ownership of mistakes

💼 Contract Terms

Duration: Full-time, 2-year exclusive engagement

Compensation: ₱40,000/month base salary

Bonus: Additional bonus each month with zero errors, zero follow-up

Training on world-class tools, frameworks, and decision-making

Option to pitch your own startup model in Year 2 for possible internal support
