About the Role
Workflow
• Email correspondence on behalf, answer and direct phone calls as needed.
• Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests.
• Generate reports.
• Prepare and monitor invoices.
• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
• Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Take accurate minutes of meetings.
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
• Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
• Conduct data entry.
• Performs other related duties assigned.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Help in ASIC compliance support
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 5 years' of Admin or Assistant experience in a Australian Accounting Firm
• Must have experience with ATO System
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
