Ensuring Patient’s confidentiality
Provide assistance to all nurses and ensure appropriate cleanliness of all units.
Provide support to health care staff and ensure appropriate maintenance of patient care unit.
Administer efficient communication network and manage flow of traffic.
Coordinate with various departments and ensure proper services and supplies of unit.
Provide assistance to nurses and guide patients in and out of unit.
Assisting with clinical duties
Dealing with inquiries or needs from the visitors and workers.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of machines on his workplace.
Assisting management personnel in wide variety of work.
Collecting and distributing couriers or packages among workers.
Helping the associate, staff, or other management staff in doing their responsibilities.
Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office.
Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
Direct to the reception area or to the appropriate department.
Run errands for guest and employees.
Helping the guest in carrying their luggage’s (admission).
Run errands to collect/distributes medicines to appropriate department.
Follow evacuation rules in case of emergencies.
Moving a patient on trolleys or in wheelchairs.
