We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Travel Desk Intern to support our Administration and Travel Desk operations. This is a 6-month full-time onsite internship that will provide exposure to handling corporate travel logistics, vendor coordination, and internal service processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing travel bookings - flights, trains, cabs, and accommodation for employees and guests.

2. Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers for timely and cost-effective arrangements.

3. Maintain and update travel records, expense sheets, and documentation.

4. Support in handling employee queries related to travel policies and approvals.

5. Ensure compliance with the company's travel and reimbursement policies.

6. Help in organizing logistics for outstation meetings, events, or site visits.

7. Collaborate with the Admin and HR teams for smooth execution of travel-related operations.
