We are tasked with hiring staff for Ecobank that will work as field marketers.
Role Summary
Your role offers flexibility in work arrangements. This role requires you to move around, meet people, turning simple conversations into productive engagements. You will be responsible for driving account opening and customer acquisition within your assigned area. This includes identifying potential clients, engaging them directly, and getting them to open Ecobank accounts closing. The role is performance-driven and requires consistency, accountability, and strong communication skills
You’ll work independently, enjoy flexible schedules, and earn rewards for your efforts while representing a company that supports creativity, financial stability, financial education and personal growth
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in markets, offices, commercial areas and communities within your designated location for the opening of Ecobank accounts (Visit companies, business owners, major markets)
- Educate prospects on the benefits of opening Ecobank accounts for free
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients while representing the company professionally at all times
- Submit daily reports
- Meet daily and monthly targets
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer relationship management (friendly, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly)
- Basic marketing knowledge (sales and negotiation and persuasion techniques) and confidence in public
- Strong organizational and time management skills (Ability to work independently and meet targets)
- Result‑oriented (proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience in field marketing or any other marketing is an added advantage.
- Must own a smartphone with internet access (4G) and a working knowledge of social media
- Must be physically fit and able to work out doors.
- Ability to speak a native language (Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo) is a plus.
Minimum Experience
- Less than 1 year
- SSCE certificate
