Core Objective: To transform cold leads into active, product-listing merchants on Boonfu.com through persuasive communication and hands-on onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Conversion: Execute daily high-volume cold calling campaigns to pre-generated leads. Your goal isn't just to talk; it's to get them to Sign Up.
• Active Onboarding: Guide merchants through the step-by-step process of setting up their profiles and—most importantly—uploading their first 3–5 adverts.
• Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly articulate the Boonfu advantage (Safe, Easy, Innovative) and handle objections regarding online scams or platform trust.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the adverts uploaded by merchants meet Boonfu’s quality standards (clear images, accurate descriptions, and fair pricing).
• Data Management: Accurately update the lead tracking system (CRM) with call outcomes, follow-up dates, and merchant feedback.
• Feedback Loop: Report common merchant "pain points" to the tech and marketing teams to help improve the platform’s user experience

Requirements & Skills

• The "Gift of Gab": Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
• Persuasion & Resilience: A "thick skin" for cold calling and the ability to turn a "No" into a "Tell me more."
• Tech Fluency: Ability to navigate the Boonfu.com platform effortlessly and troubleshoot basic sign-up issues for merchants in real-time.
• Language Versatility: Fluency in English, Pidgin, Yoruba, or Igbo] to relate effectively with market traders and businesses.
• Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding daily/weekly targets (calls made vs. merchants onboarded).
