JOB SUMMARY:

Gartmore Group is seeking an experienced Spa Business Manager to lead our premium wellness destination in Benin City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, people management, and CRM, with experience in spa management using Advance spa software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency

- Drive revenue growth through effective service delivery, upselling, and strategic promotions

- Manage and develop a team of spa professionals

- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and retention

- Maintain world-class spa standards, hygiene, and safety protocols

- Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₦700,000 (slightly negotiable based on experience)

- Experience in business management and development

- Proven people management skills

- Proficiency in CRM and Advance spa software

- Knowledge of spa management (an added advantage)
