Social Media Operations Supervisor

🔹 Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Independently develop and execute the overall social media strategy for overseas platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

2. Lead the operations team — assign tasks, track progress, and review performance to improve output quality

3. Plan and shoot short-form video content (product showcases, brand storytelling, scenario-based content, etc.) with basic editing skills

4. Manage daily content posting, engagement, follower growth, and community management

5. Independently run paid ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads), including budget planning, targeting, creative testing, and ROI optimization

6. Regularly deliver performance reports and adjust content & ad strategies based on metrics (views, engagement rate, conversion cost, etc.)

7. Track overseas social media trends, viral topics, and competitor movements, and quickly turn them into actionable content plans

🔹 Requirements

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in overseas social media operations, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role

2. Proven track record of independently managing an account from scratch or growing an existing one (please provide account name or performance data)

3. Hands-on video shooting skills — able to shoot with a phone or camera, understand composition, lighting, and camera movement, and produce publish-ready short videos

4. Familiar with at least one paid ad platform (TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager) with hands-on experience and budget management examples

5. Excellent English reading and writing skills — able to write authentic, engaging English copy

6. Data-driven decision-making ability, proficient with native analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

7. Team management skills — able to plan schedules, coach team members, conduct reviews, and give constructive feedback

8. (Plus) Experience with e-commerce, DTC brands, or the US/EU market.
