Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and onboard new Forex and Crypto trading clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Educate clients on products, platforms, promotions, and market opportunities
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active trading clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and report performance to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

What You Must Have

• Fluent English; Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is a plus
• 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition within FinTech, Forex, Crypto, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Forex, Cryptocurrency, or Financial Markets
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• Personal laptop required Nice to Have
• Existing network of traders, investors, or market participants
• Experience with CRM and lead management tools
• Background in telesales, digital sales, or online client acquisition
