Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Handling leads/RFPs for South India – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:

- Lead qualification

- Management approval on lead

- Co-ordination with operations and procurement teams

- Coordination with legal, compliance teams where documentation is involved

- Pricing approvals from State lead, regional head and MD prior to submission of proposal

· Meeting with clients to present our capability/solutions for IFM or Property Management based on requirement.

· Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentations – LOA and agreements.

· Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of lead.

· Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation as necessary

· Adherence to RFP timelines for submission.

Qualifications:

· Minimum work experience of 3-4 Years in client facing, workplace co-ordination roles

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management.

· Other business degrees with experience in client-facing roles is acceptable.

Skills:

· Proficiency in email communication and English fluency are a must.

· Candidate must be adept with Microsoft Office Tools – Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Teams
