Key Responsibilities

Control access to the factory premises and prevent unauthorized entry. Ensure all employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors are properly identified, registered, and authorized before entry. Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry/exit logs at all access points. Enforce company security policies, including restricted area access and approved visiting hours. Conduct routine patrols of the factory premises, including production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter boundaries. Monitor and promptly report suspicious activities, safety hazards, security breaches, or unauthorized movements. Prevent theft, vandalism, and the unauthorized removal of company property, materials, or equipment. Respond swiftly to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and safety concerns, escalating matters as required. Prepare and maintain detailed daily security reports, incident logs, and occurrence records.
