Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud applications to ensure the highest level of product quality and functionality. This involves a combination of manual and automated testing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual and Automated Testing: Conduct in-depth testing on various applications to identify and report defects.

Test Script Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and the TESTNG framework to streamline testing processes.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to integrate testing processes into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins.

Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the testing environment and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Agile Methodology: Participate in agile development methodologies and scrum processes to ensure timely product releases.

API Functional Testing: Perform API functional testing and work with various integration solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on Salesforce testing.

Skills: Proficient in Salesforce platform/cloud-specific testing, both manual and automated.

Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in Java/Selenium and TESTNG framework.

: Knowledge of API functional testing is highly advantageous.

CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Experience setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines, with proven troubleshooting skills in Jenkins.

Agricultural Methodology: Strong understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.

Certifications: Salesforce certifications or relevant testing qualifications.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
