
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell our food processing, procurement, logistics & courier services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within allocated markets
- Promote courier and logistics services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in logistics/courier industry is an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Lagos island business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- High level of motivation, confidence, and professionalism
