Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell our food processing, procurement, logistics & courier services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within allocated markets
  • Promote courier and logistics services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in logistics/courier industry is an advantage)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Lagos island business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • High level of motivation, confidence, and professionalism
