
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be able to drive a manual car
- must have good knowledge of Lagos roads
