Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, smart, meticulous, and diligent Sales Person to join Algomian Technologies team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manning the store, assisting customers, tracking inventory and sales, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the office/store daily while ensuring the security of company property and products.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment at all times.
* Arrange gadgets, accessories, and office items properly to ensure an attractive and efficient workspace.
* Attend to walk-in customers professionally and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and recommendations.
* Verify and authorize products/items approved for dispatch or pickup from the office.
* Audit outgoing products, deliveries, and payments to ensure accuracy and accountability.
* Follow up with customers regarding product deliveries and order updates.
* Provide customers with timely updates concerning gadget repairs, technical support, and service progress.
* Record daily sales transactions, customer payments, and financial accounts accurately.
* Update and maintain the inventory book daily, including stock movement and product availability.
* Manage and regularly update product price lists to reflect current pricing and promotions.
* Support the achievement of sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
* Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting low-stock or fast-moving items to management.
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (additional qualifications are an advantage).
- Previous sales or retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of gadgets, smartphones, accessories, and technology products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
