Lead Generation and Sales Process: Generate leads, manage the sales process, and follow up with MICE clients, addressing their needs with strong communication skills to guide them toward suitable solutions.
Cross-Selling and Promotion: Promote and cross-sell destinations and services to enhance client experiences and meet business objectives.
Client Consultation: Use consultative selling to advise clients on ideal products and services based on their requirements and budgets.
Relationship Building and Client Support: Build strong client relationships, handle feedback, and address complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and add value to client proposals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets and improve sales effectiveness
Qualification: MBA in Tourism and Travel/Hospitality Management
Experience: 4+ years
