Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area
- Lead, train, and supervise the regional sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit within the region
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activities and team performance
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in managing a regional or area sales team
