Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area
  • Lead, train, and supervise the regional sales team
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit within the region
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activities and team performance

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in managing a regional or area sales team
