Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company properties, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property inspections/viewings and provide accurate information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
