Sales & Client Engagement Associate (3 Roles)

📍 Lagos, Nigeria (On-site | Full-time)

💰 ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 + commission on sales

Patrons MCAA Limited is looking for a creative, strategic, and commercially driven Sales & Client Engagement Associate to join our growing team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone experienced in relationship-led sales, especially within luxury, art, or high-value client environments. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing sales while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with collectors and high-net-worth clients.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we present and sell contemporary African art through thoughtful client engagement and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective collectors and clients
• Drive artwork sales through prospecting, follow-ups, and deal closure
• Present artworks with clarity, context, and confidence
• Manage client inquiries, acquisition processes, and post-sale communication
• Support sales strategy development and collector engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams on exhibitions, releases, and client events
• Maintain accurate client and sales records using provided systems
• Identify and develop new individual, corporate, and institutional clients
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with high-value clientele
• Contribute ideas to grow sales and brand engagement

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Access to high-net-worth or affluent networks is highly desirable
• Experience in luxury sales is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in client-facing and negotiation environments
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Interest in art, culture, or creative industries is a plus
• Comfortable working with ambitious sales targets

Targets

• ₦5,000,000 monthly sales target (art sales)
• ₦2,000,000 monthly from:
• Patrons Socials paid events
• Ad placements & sponsorships (Art Index Africa & Art Term Daily)
