The Role
As a Brand Ambassador / Merchandiser, you are the face of the brand. Your primary goal is to engage the public, explain the unique "salary-style" prize structure, and convert interest into ticket sales. You won’t just be standing behind a counter; you’ll be moving through high-traffic areas, building excitement, and managing your own "mobile storefront."
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales: Proactively approach potential customers in assigned territories to sell weekly draw tickets.
- Brand Education: Clearly explain how the Salary4Life draw works, including ticket pricing, draw dates, and prize tiers.
- Merchandising: Ensure all point-of-sale materials (flyers, banners, wearable gear) are visible, clean, and professional.
- Transaction Management: Securely handle cash or digital payments and issue tickets/receipts via provided mobile devices or manual booklets.
- Reporting: Track daily sales volume and provide feedback on customer sentiment or high-performing locations.
- Crowd Engagement: Use high-energy communication to attract groups and create a "buzz" around the weekly draw.
Candidate Profile
- The Personality: Outgoing, resilient, and "street-smart." You aren't afraid of the word "no" and can turn a stranger into a customer within two minutes.
- The Professionalism: Honest and disciplined. Since you will be handling finances and tickets, integrity is our #1 requirement.
- The Communicator: Fluent in [Insert Language] and comfortable using local slang or "market-speak" to connect with people.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, street marketing, or retail is a major plus.
- Basic numeracy skills (for calculating change and daily totals).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in outdoor environments.
- Possession of a smartphone (optional, depending on company tech).
