Job Title: Sales Representative (Healthcare Services)

Location: Otokutu , Udu, Delta State

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth for our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building strategic partnerships, and driving patient referrals to increase revenue and service utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the hospital’s services to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Identify and engage new business opportunities to drive patient inflow
• Conduct outreach to companies, HMOs, and community organizations
• Present hospital services, packages, and health programs to potential clients
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into active clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with HMOs, corporate clients, or healthcare institutions
• Basic understanding of healthcare services and patient engagement
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
