
Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy SaaS B2B Closer who can aggressively follow up on positive leads, nurture prospects, and drive them to closure.
You will collaborate with Lead Generators (who book early conversations) and own the relationship from warm interest to signed contract.
Your focus is pipeline movement, fast deal cycles, and high close rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up aggressively on positive leads passed by Lead Generators (calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and proposal discussions with prospects.
• Own the sales process from post-lead qualification to deal closure.
• Work closely with the internal team to fine-tune proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
• Manage CRM pipeline meticulously — move leads across stages, log activities, and forecast accurately.
• Maintain high cadence follow-ups: no lead goes cold under your watch.
• Collaborate with marketing and lead gen teams to optimize targeting and messaging based on real-world feedback.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Report performance metrics (calls made, demos conducted, deals closed) weekly.
Skills & Experience Required:
• 2–5 years of proven experience closing SaaS B2B deals (preferably Mid-market or SMB).
• Experience with AI, Chatbots, Voice AI, or Automation SaaS is a huge plus.
• Aggressive follow-up mentality without being pushy — balancing persistence with professionalism.
• Strong consultative sales skills — understanding pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• CRM fluency (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce experience preferred).
• Self-driven, organized, goal-oriented, and hungry to close deals and make commissions.
