What is this role about?

The Retail Solutions Officer revolves mostly on developing and enhancing the franchise package offerings through market research, competitor analyses, customer feedback, and gained insights from trainings and communications from external & internal stakeholders.

The Retail Solutions Officer ensures that the right franchisee has the right franchise option to bring about the optimal volume and margins for the company.

What will YOU do?

Manage franchise related concerns to ensure proper back-end systems related to franchise operations are running

Collect and analyze current and new trends in franchise options to ensure franchise offers are updated vs current standards

Analyze, track, and report potential impact of current franchise policies to improve on our current franchise offers and make recommendations on improvements

Develop trade marketing programs for eventual implementation of the Retail Development group
