As a Relationship Manager Intern, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, strong retention, and consistent satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Support: Assist in preparing for onboarding, strategy meetings, and monthly reviews.
Follow-Ups & Communication: Help document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups for clients.
Internal Coordination: Support collaboration across cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth project execution.
Research & Reporting: Help gather data, assist with marketing performance tracking, and support report creation.
Client Experience Initiatives: Participate in initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
Learning & Development: Shadow senior team members to gain insight into strategic thinking, account management, and client success operations.
What You’ll Bring
Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields (but all backgrounds are welcome!).
Having some experience in client-facing roles is a plus
Strong interest in client relations, marketing, or startup ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Able to commit to a full-time internship (Monday–Friday, Full WFO at Kuningan).
