Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Associate, based in Ibadan with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for researching and identifying new property opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and marketing listed properties. Daily tasks involve coordinating property showings, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating sales to achieve targets. Additionally, the role may require collaboration with the property development and marketing teams to contribute to strategic business goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with Real Estate, Real Property, and the ability to secure deals in the property market

Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and provide guidance throughout the sales process

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Proficiency in Sales strategies and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Understanding of local real estate market trends in Ibadan and surrounding areas

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment

Previous experience in a real estate or property-related role is an advantage
