Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Advisor/Sales Associate, based in Ibadan, with flexibility to work remotely. The role involves identifying potential property buyers, engaging with clients, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and facilitating negotiations. Responsibilities also include marketing properties, maintaining client relationships, and keeping up to date with real estate trends and opportunities within the Ibadan area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Real Estate, including property markets, trends, and investment opportunities
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential clients and close deals
• Familiarity with Real Property and its management
• Ability to deliver effective Training and guidance to clients or team members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a hybrid work setting
• Proficiency in computer and digital tools is an added advantage
• Prior experience in real estate marketing or sales is beneficial
