Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised Quality Control Analyst to join our fashion house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments and products meet the company’s quality standards before reaching clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, finishing, and a commitment to maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect garments and fashion products at various production stages.

• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues in stitching, sizing, finishing, and fabric.

• Ensure products meet company specifications, measurements, and design standards.

• Work closely with production and design teams to resolve quality concerns.

• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality records.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Conduct final checks before packaging and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in fashion, garment production, or textiles.

• Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Degree or certification in Fashion, Textile Technology, or a related field is a plus.
