We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our property portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and verify properties based on standard criteria.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rent, SD periods, and tenure.
• Prepare lease drafts and documentation for confirmation.
• Create vendor codes for rent and SD payments.
• Share leases with stakeholders for record updates.
• Handle part surrenders, ownership changes, and existing rent negotiations.
• Track and make payments for maintenance, GST, and electricity bills.
• Liaise with landlords for premise facilities.
• Coordinate with the compliance team to generate S&E licenses.
• Ensure peaceful premise handovers and SD refunds.
