Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Schedule property showings, maintenance, and inspections
Process rental applications and assist with tenant screening
Draft and manage lease agreements and renewals
Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up on delinquencies
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
Manage property listings on rental platforms and update as needed
Maintain digital records of tenants, leases, and maintenance
Generate reports (e.g., occupancy, maintenance, rent collection)
Provide support with property onboarding and offboarding
Assist with compliance tasks (e.g., lease regulations, property codes)
Use property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rentec)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management or any similar field
Proven knowledge & experience in Commercial Real Estate administration functions
Experienced in providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with property management systems is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
