Project Managers

The role of the Real Estate Project Manager is to oversee all property acquisition activities across East India, collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of new lease transactions. This position requires regular travel and reporting to a Regional Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver real estate requirements of assigned regions, aligning with Amazon's overall strategy for maintaining and developing space needs.

• Monitor and manage large construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

• Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver various real estate requirements.

• Establish strong relationships with developers, property consultants, and key government officials in assigned geographies.

• Provide a deep understanding of zoning rules, development planning bylaws, master planning, and land title due diligence.

• Innovate and structure complex real estate transactions, effectively managing landlord relations and contractor negotiations.

• Manage stakeholders across different levels, both internal and external.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager or equivalent, preferably in a similar industry.

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience at Amazon.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem-solving, and client/customer relations experience.

• Experience in preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics.
