
Job Description
1️⃣ Project Coordination – Assist in planning and execution of office space projects, including new setups, expansions, and renovations.
2️⃣ Timeline & Budget Management – Track project schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain cost control.
3️⃣ Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors for timely execution.
4️⃣ Client Requirement Handling – Work closely with clients to understand their space needs and ensure proper execution.
5️⃣ Site Supervision – Conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
6️⃣ Procurement Support – Assist in sourcing office furniture, fixtures, and IT infrastructure within budget.
7️⃣ Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project reports, contracts, and progress updates for stakeholders.
8️⃣ Team Collaboration – Work with designers, engineers, and facility managers to ensure smooth project execution.
9️⃣ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all workspace projects follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
🔟 Continuous Improvement – Suggest process enhancements for efficient workspace project management.
Location: HSR Layout
Eligibility:
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering ( Must Have )
• 0–6 months of experience in interior/fit-out/site projects
• Must be able to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Flexible with site visits and on-site coordination
• Eager to learn and adapt to project needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
