Production Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

*Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets.

*Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production processes.

*Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.

*Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

*Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.

*Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering.

*Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in the foam manufacturing or related industry.

*Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production machinery and processes.

*Good understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.

*Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

*Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
