Procurement Warehouse & logistics Officer

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiently.
• Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
• Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Supervise, coach and train the inventory team.
• Comply with laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements.
• Coordinate installation, training, and services for existing customers to increase satisfaction.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in a logistics or inventory department
• Accounting experience will be an added advantage
• Location in Lekki area is preferred.

Experience

• expirince in standard logistics software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Environmental factors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Ability to make Decisions under pressure.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Licensed to drive.
• Location in Ijebu-Lekki area is preferred
