Job Description

a) Key Responsibilities: - • Responsible for preparing weekly report on data sets specific to cost files / savings trend week on week / agreement life cycle.  • Individual handling post negotiations agreement life cycle (Printing > Signing for stakeholders > Tracking > Repository maintenance > Renewal Tracking >> System Uploads) • System Updating of savings by following the SOP which will include project creation, savings calculation as per template & managing end to end SRS portal. • Ability to download the reports from SAP HANA and prepare analysis in Excel / PowerBI analysis as per request from the procurement leads, to generate an insight for negotiations. • Responsible for base data creation for transportation RFQ’s, tracking the floated RFQ’s and preparing vendor comparative analysis post quote submission and create negotiations backups. • Manage internal stakeholder such as HR teams / legal teams / operations team to smoothly run the business. • Support on audit process, related to transportation. • Support team in preparation of presentation basis inputs from procurement leads. -Market Analysis to drive benchmarking exercise in the industry and find new opportunities to lead cost savings agenda. • MIS preparation on Primary Transportation related activities. • Handling Vendors payments related issues. • Vendor On-boarding and vendor management. b) Required Skills: -  • Should be willing to adapt to new learning. • Active listener & good communicator. • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions aligned with procurement leads. • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft office suit (MS-excel must), Power BI should be a desirable skill. • Experience creating detailed reports and creating presentations for management teams. • A track record of following through on commitments. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • A history of leading and supporting successful projects. c) Background: - • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce/Science (B.com / M.com / BBA ) or similar . • Experience if any from logistics background is welcomed, should understand logistics & supply chain industry (FMCG / E-comm preferred). • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
