Platform Specialist

We’re looking for a Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team and help ensure our fantasy sports platform runs seamlessly, especially during live matches and high-traffic game events. You’ll be at the heart of the action, maintaining stability, supporting users, and contributing to the overall platform experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage fantasy contests in the backend for every match across supported sports (primarily cricket and football).

Monitor and manage the backend systems of our fantasy sports platform in real time, especially during live matches and peak traffic.

Be highly responsive during match hours (across time zones) to ensure platform stability and resolve any performance issues quickly.

Create clear and engaging screencast-style videos to demonstrate platform features, updates, and walkthroughs for users.

Respond to user queries and provide timely, helpful support to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with the development and product teams to identify and address recurring issues.

Stay updated with ongoing sports events (especially cricket and football) to anticipate traffic surges and plan accordingly.

Proactively identify areas for platform improvement and help implement solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with backend tools or admin panels used to manage dynamic content.

Passion for sports, particularly cricket and football.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to create screencast/video content using tools like Loom, OBS, or similar.

Comfortable working irregular hours, especially during major matches or tournaments.

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
