Role & Responsibilities
• Provide proactive C-suite support: manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and anticipate conflicts for seamless day-to-day flow.
• Coordinate domestic & international travel, visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries, ensuring cost-effective, time-efficient logistics.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, board decks, and confidential correspondence; take crisp minutes and drive action-item follow-ups.
• Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, upholding brand reputation and confidentiality.
• Oversee office administration—vendor management, expense reporting, and supplies—to maintain a professional, efficient workspace.
• Champion event planning for town-halls, offsites, and stakeholder meetings, delivering polished experiences within budget.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary supporting senior leadership.
• Expert at MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual conferencing tools.
• Exceptional written & verbal English; adept at drafting business communication.
• High discretion handling sensitive information and decision-ready data.
• Calm multitasker with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
• Experience in fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes for expense and leave tracking.
