Job Overview:
As a Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) at Emirates NBD, your role is to offer customers financial guidance, advising on suitable products and services, and assisting with their banking needs. You should provide customers with information on financial products and services and explore opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions. You should combine meeting financial targets with providing excellent customer service to achieve your customers’ financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals including loans, credit cards, CASA, and Liabilities
Business Growth: Identify opportunities for new payroll company and customer acquisition.
Cross sell other products to customers to increase the bank’s market share.
Participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure all activities comply with internal bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Participate in compliance training and audits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products.
Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product offerings.
Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services
Communication : High level of interpersonal skill. Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic is a distinct advantage but not a requirement .
