CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Introduce Banffpay to qualified high-value customers and businesses
  • Facilitate strategic meetings and commercial conversations
  • Build long-term partnership pipelines
  • Connect Banffpay to remittance, fintech, gaming, FX, and payment opportunities
  • Support expansion into new African markets
  • Drive transaction volume and commercial growth

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

HIGHLY REWARDING PERFORMANCE MODEL

Successful partnership managers and freelancers will receive:

  • Attractive one-off commissions
  • A sizable fraction of successfully closed transaction deals
  • Incentive-based earnings tied directly to transaction volume and business value

There is NO earning cap for top performers.
