Operations Manager

Kashco Services is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve organizational performance, and ensure efficient business processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate departmental activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
• 3–4 years of relevant operations or management experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
