Job Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling documents, assisting staff, managing basic office tasks, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Receive visitors and attend to them professionally
Prepare, file, and organize documents and records
Assist with data entry and basic record keeping
Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
Support staff with administrative tasks and errands
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Perform photocopying, scanning, and printing duties
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND (additional certification is an advantage)
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work with little supervision
Neat, organized, and professional attitude
Skills & Competencies
Time management and attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
