Malnutrition Screening & Referral: Perform community-level, infant, and young child feeding (IYCF) assessments, identify acute malnutrition, and refer cases to therapeutic centers.
Patient/Client Counseling: Educate individuals, particularly children under five and pregnant/lactating women, on healthy eating, breastfeeding, and proper nutrition.
Data Collection & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of, monitor, and report on the nutritional progress of clients or community beneficiaries.
Operational Support: Assist with the setup of outpatient therapeutic programs (OTP), manage food stock, and conduct cooking demonstrations.
Collaboration: Work under the supervision of nutrition nurses or dietitians to implement nutritional intervention protocols.
